Additional information about this scam: I had a missed call with a VM. I called back and they answer as cancellation department, so Mike sez he works for GeekSquad/BestBuy.
They are quick tempered. No info on order or anything, but you can make up anything, they will accept it hopefully.

WARNING: some ugly language at the end. So I called the number and gave him a series of random numbers, so he could “check his system” and of course he found my file. They switched handlers and the guy tried to blank out my screen (which I suppressed, so I could see what he was doing.) He got quite angry at the end, and then they blocked my calls. LOL
