Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly-deaf and incredibly-invasive “James Morgan” had me fill out a “Geek Squad Cancellation Form,” which they falsely claim was “Registered with the Better Business Bureau.”
- When the form is complete, I was asked to log into my nonexistent bank account. However, since I don’t do online banking, the chod refused to “suppoat” but remained connected to my virtual machine.
