I’ve been messing with these guys for months, they are DEFINATELY a scam. They seem to have 2 call centers operating for the same company, I think one is in Punjab and the other in Bangalore maybe. Anyway - they are in fact 24/7 and don’t let their personal “geekshelp.me” remote access page fool you, they will also use fastsupport. Their web page has the number but also there is this direct line they’ve called me back from: 888 959 7430
