Nah, it’s like tech support.
A guy just answered just now as Support. I asked him if this is “Geek Squad” and he said YES. It is about 2:02 pm Central in USA today, Monday. The website that @ARMN88 posted at the top of this thread looks sort of like the orange color of the real Geek Squad website.
For some reason I can’t email them?? Shows an error on Outlook when I do.
I had not tried to send an email.
@ARMN88, I wonder if their email exchange server is down for whatever reason, unless maybe they use some 3rd party’s exchange server for their email and that 3rd party’s email server is down at present.
Now when I just called again (805) 270-2678 my call went eventually to a voicemail message machine.
