Take a guess who the carrier for both numbers is? Ring Central, of course! Well, you guys have the template to email Brendan Carr; you know what to do 
“Scam Central” needs to be held accountable, and I already emailed Mr. Carr. I am immensely pleased that he is already putting the pressure on Telnyx and their lying leader Dave Casem.

I was going to abandoned reporting scam and robocalling to Ring Central because it seems that avenue is a waste of time.
But after a conversation with the FCC, they advised me to keep sending reports and documenting any lack of action on the part of Ring Central.
I’ve been trying to keep a comprehensive log and I’ll forward it to the FCC in about a month.
I currently hold three FCC licenses and I have a somewhat casual relationship with my FCC section manager.
Yes, I think they gave you good advice. You always want to document lack of response and lack of cooperation. It sets a stronger foundation for a good lawsuit.

I am at work at the moment but I will compile a list of the Voipers that has been poor on reporting fraudulent numbers and their horrible habit of verifying them and will send an email to Carr with some modifications addressing the issues with multiple VOIP providers. Is it okay if i link the carrier report thread in the email? Carr is scheduled this week to address the issue and I hope we can get his eyes on these providers who has been complicit because they are essentially doing the same exact due diligence as Telnyx. My only worries is that he will accept the excuse of the numbers being “spoofed” but my carrier ATT has identified them as verified which is a massive issue and yet another hole in their defense. The US is suffering in debt, yet they have allowed billions to be stolen from Habibis who think our elderly deserved to be scammed. Either way, it seems Carr will do his best with his current legislation and should be aware of the damage these outsiders has caused!

Yes, present everything you have to him, including the info from this forum. It’s also a bogus excuse when they blame everything on being “spoofed”. It really does not matter whether or not robocallers are spoofing, when you call the number back and they are a scam. Anyone impersonating a legitimate business like Geek Squad or Amazon or a government entity must be be held accountable. The carriers are obligated to investigate them and disconnect scammers. However, they appear to refuse to do it, since there is money involved.
