RingCentral line, scammers use ViciDial and answer as “Geek Squad” or “LifeLock 360” to falsely claim every computer came with a free trial to their security services that has been auto-renewed.

  • In order to “cancel,” I was asked to “open the Google Chrome” and download AnyDesk before throwing my computer out the window.

It looks like they have taken down the number or are blocking voip calls as of 2:35 ET

I was getting through but now getting an error message.

Edit: back up as of 4:40 ET. They dont seem to be able to block so they are answering my call and hanging up.
