This (786) 625-3425 number has been answering my TextNow number for at least a couple of hours. Just now, at 4:31 PM Central, a guy answered “U.S. Technical Association” even though during the last couple of hours they answered as “Geek Squad”.
They’ve been answering for hours but seem to have caught on to all my numbers
