Additional information about this scam: This was a message left on VM, so I just called it back and they answered as Geek Squad and then they went on as a typical refund scam which sent me to teamviewer. I gave the following details. Item: autorenewal services, amount: 349.99, order ID: 795955

I was baiting him, being nice and acting like I was falling for it and he started laughing and said “I remember you, please don’t call and abuse me today” 
You know you scambait too much when they recognize your voice.
Not picking up my calls
