Their ConnectWise domain was blocked by my ISP, so the bhenchod asked me to install AnyDesk while he transferred the call to his “senior supervisor, Jack.”

  • Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, “Jack” couldn’t tell the difference between “pushy” and “pussy” and struggled to bring up a “cancellation form,” requiring the assistance from two of his co-workers who also remotely connected to my virtual machine via AnyDesk.
  • I was then given a “McAfee Refund Form” that I was unable to fill out because it required me to log into my Google account.

  • I was then asked to search for Notepad and log into my nonexistent bank account. But since I don’t do online banking, “Jack” refused to “suppoat.”
