Additional information about this scam: Geek squad scam Mark answered. These scammers used to run a printer scam that I posted a few weeks ago.

They’ve been around for quite a while, running both the website listed above and another which is the same URL with 2 different prefix letters
They were very active earlier but ran into a very large immovable object and got all worked up and angry for some reason, forcing them to re-evaluate their plans for the day. 
This call was made at 10:09:05am et this morning
