When I called these guys, they immediately had me download Zoho Assist on my “iPhone” (I used a virtual device, obviously), and they started looking through my apps, and immediately had me open up my fake Wells Fargo app, and they where obviously in it to get a quick buck. These guys are rather testy… so go drive them nuts 
LOL!
! Yeah, I don’t think this is a “huge” operation. When I called them with the old grandma voice changer, I asked about why I got charged the $310, and they said “oh, miss I can see you purchased a Norton subscription”… so their story is not very consistent. Then when they finally caught on that I was just wasting their time, two hours later, they hung up. When I called back, the guy goes “uhhhhh…… this is a tailor shop, I don’t know what you are talking about with this Geek Squad”… LOL 
!
