Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly-deaf and incredibly-invasive “John” asked me to fill out a generic “cancellation and refund form,” which blatantly misuses the seal of the United States Federal Trade Commission before failing to download ConnectWise from jkcare.top and asking me to download Google Chrome.

  • After the virtual machine crashed, “John” successfully downloaded ConnectWise before having me fill out a different “refund form,” which lists the toll-free number (833) 408-0804 (Twilio), before asking me to log into my nonexistent bank account.

  • However, since I don’t do online banking, “John” hung up the call and proceeded to call me back from his Microsoft Teams line of (803) 263-7930.
