HIGHLIGHTS FROM VIRTUAL MACHINE BAIT:

  • The scammer had me go to jdmk.info (IP 66.94.99.243: us:) and download ConnectWise with the secure code of 27981. Once they remotely connected to my computer, they then ran a fake “software update” on my device.
  • Once the “software update” completed, I was presented with a “cancellation form” and log into my fake bank. In response, I played them the Bhenchod song.
