- The scammers will also download a fake banking form designed to trick users into thinking they got a refund of $11,990

- Answers as: “Geek Squad”
- Technician: “Kevin” (very deaf and impatient, mocked me in Hindi)
- Falsely Claims: Computer came with free trial to McAfee that has since expired
- Remote Access Software: QuickAssist or UltraViewer (Nickname: “AI server,” ID: 25130611/DESKTOP-Q08LDFD) and ConnectWise from ozfcare.help (Code: 95249, User: “super59”)

- Demands: $10,000 from bank, delivered to money mule.
