T-mobile doesn’t care unless there losing money. At least That’s what it looks like compared to other carriers. Or they cant control the volume of scammers using the service.
I cannot say it any better. Once, I escalated the issue all the way to T-Mobile’s legal officers and Compliance team to no avail. I literally had their compliance “professional” respond to my complaints of Geek Squad and Amazon impersonation in the following manner: “Dear Sir. We do not handle individual complaints but collaborate with the ITG, FCC, FTC and other industry’s regulatory bodies blah, blah, blah. We encourage you to file the complain with your carrier if you are receiving spam and/or scam calls. You can also file complaints on the websites of FTC and FCC blah, blah, blah”.
A typical bullshit response that I am so used to seeing from ONVOY, Peerless, Telnyx and few others. Ring Central does not even bother responding to my complaints and never has responded to me. Seriously, am I that insane for filing official legal complaints about criminals who use certain carriers’ networks or their resellers’ networks?
