LOL only works on a laptop not a notebook. It appears that scam center only has the B team on staff today.
https://healthcenter . live/Bin/ScreenConnect.Client.application – this is where the Support.Client.exe app connects to, to download the program. Both sites are still up, but I’m working on taking down access to both dhelp dot cc and healthcenter dot live. Additionally ConnectWise has been notified of the abuse.

9/6/22 3:35pm EDT I got the same email. Laughable and amateurish.
(808) 649-2557 that @FIREFIGHTER619 posted ten days ago just answered as Geek Squad. I called from my TextNow number. During this phone call I got a missed call on my TextNow number from (808) 649-2489.
When I finished the call to (808) 649-2557, I called back the (808) 649-2489 and a guy answered as Geek Squad.
So along with the (808) 649-2557 that @FIREFIGHTER619 posted ten days ago that answered my call a few minutes ago, there is ANOTHER Geek Squad number (808) 649-2489 that just answered also as Geek Squad. I think these two numbers lead to the same group of criminals.

I know someone that was scammed from this call center. I did find some interesting things with their software. It is ConnectWise Control, but they are able to hide it pretty well once it is installed. I browsed through all of the configuration files of CWC and found some interesting things. I reached out to ConnectWise as well and they pretty much said that they won’t do anything… There is an abuse report form for ConnectWise that I submitted after the chat. The software does not show up in the installed application list. I was still able to get information from the configuration files. The relay for CWC is relay://healthcenter . live : 8041. The IP is 192 . 227 . 173 . 40. I do have pretty extensive experience with ConnectWise, so I will do more digging. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I also have a couple numbers that they were using to text and call with: (615) 751-9305 and (252) 862-3687.
