Not all scammers are organized that well, some are small operators. Some are even dumb enough to mix their personal life and scam stuff on the same computer. Anything to slow them down and make them reset is a good thing.
But reset isn’t a good thing? It doesn’t slow them down that much, you might as well be there for the long game. Downloading them makes you silent and they won’t know you did it.
