Haha, this is a TextNow phone number. I won’t call yet in case @Bleezybaits is baiting the hell out of them at this very moment! 
Just got blocked.

I just called this TextNow number 508-593-8380 for the first time when I read your post. I got the TextNow voicemail but did not leave a message. Maybe I will get a callback!
On second thought:
In the meantime though, I think I will login to switch my VOIP home landline number to show Unknown Number and call this TextNow number repeatedly just to be spiteful. A TextNow number CANNOT block my “Unknown Number” VOIP number. If the scammer is on the phone with a potential victim, my calls will continue to start ringing. I know it is no big deal for the scammer to get a new TextNow number, but sometimes FINALLY the criminal on a TextNow number will answer my Unknown Number call out of curiosity and it is funny to surprise the criminal with my most uncouth language.
When I called for the 2nd time just now from my TextNow number, my Textnow number had been blocked. The first time I called from my TextNow number I just hung up without leaving a message after being put into the generic TextNow msg machine.
Still though I am continuing to call this criminal’s TextNow number from my Unknown Number and when I get put into the criminal’s voice mail I just keep calling from my Unknown Number.
Haha, just now he answered on his TextNow number yet another call from my Unknown Number but he hung up immediately. I’ll keep calling until he has gotten rid of this current TextNow number.
