Technician: “Mike”
Falsely Claims: IP Hacked to purchase subscription
Remote Access Software: ConnectWise from tr.uchelp.top (Nickname: “Secure Server,” Code: 11GN11M)
I faked his ConnectWise download not working and “Mike” told me to throw my computer out the window.
