For https://realgeeksappointment.com/appointment/ I reported to Tawk (their chat + ticket on the bottom right) as well as to GoDaddy.
For fun, I also made a Javascript code that enters random names, emails, phone numbers, zipcodes, and messages into the appointment form every second. I am currently spamming the heck out of them.
