Level 3 via Skype, answers as “Suppoat” and the “cancellation department” for “security services” with the “Geek Squad” and falsely claimed that their security services came built right into new computers
- In order to cancel, I was asked to “open the Google Chrome” and download ConnectWise (IP: 37.221.67.53
) from vrhelp.info. As I told them my PC came with Windows Defender, he told me to throw my computer out the window and shut down his phone line
LMAO, sending you after them is a quicker way to shut down their number than reporting them!
I’m personally not afraid to tell them off for their bullshit. I want them to provide an excuse for their blatant scare tactics.
Trust me, I’m right with you on THAT approach!!!
Jonathan is on the line and walking through cancelling it using vrinfo.info with cancellation code 19040 to download screenconnect.exe
that did not work. now trying anydeks.
