Additional information about this scam: These scammers have a sellers page on Etsy claiming to be their support team, they will tell you either someone is trying to cancel your order or that your purchase needs to be verified. Please give these sleezebags hell. I called them thinking they were Etsy support until I saw that they just had a sellers page and couldnt even tell me my order number. The representative I spoke with went by “Steve” and this is his number: +16788296807
