I got a benchode when I called from my Google Voice line, try calling again.
can you expand on what this scam is exactly?
It’s a TV activation scam, where the benchode will pose as a customer support representative and claim your services were not activated. They’ll either attempt to gain remote access into your device to steal personal information or ask for an “activation fee” that is usually paid through the purchase of gift cards, to prevent the payment from being tracked.
