I originally called this number because I found it on findwho:

There was no answer but THEY called me right back and they are impersonating FTC for sure, you can just tell them you got this number from “the bank”.

(917) 540-1368 the “bank”

Don’t really want to create another post, but this number is impersonating a bank. It is a callback number for a bank having to do with a Windows popup scam. Sorry I have no other context but it was posted as part of another scam. When I called the scammer said he IS with the bank.
