Additional information about this scam: Found this weird scam while researching 202 area code number. When they answer, they ALWAYS hang up and say someone will call you. They never do.

On one of the previous calls, a woman asked me if I was wanting to ‘report fraud’ or if I wanted to check to see if I was “a winner”.
I have called a few times and some of the calls feel like talking to a bot.
