Additional information about this scam: I found the number on guru with a note saying “Watch out the Caller using this number could be involved in a scam to take your money, pretending to be a federal agent”.

I called him and told him I wanted a follow up on a call from yesterday.
When I called the scammer was very smug and said he would send officers to my “doorstep”, here is a short recording:
Sounds like this idiot could be part of a Amazon or PayPal scam where they have the victim talk to the bank/FTC.
