Additional information about this scam: I am not sure why this guy got my number but I had several missed calls so I called him back:
He said he is Alex from BBB, and that he will “help” me secure my funds.
Then I received a US based account (reported) from another number where Alex also answers:
(202) 925-5186 Active. Aaron answered
(202) 925-5186
These guys are active now, they have called me and left messages. I called them back and they say they are from “Norton”, so I asked to cancel but then they called me many mean names!!
No one does that to my friend @Sol and lives to tell the tale!

Call this number and ask Nancy if she works for Norton. After three phones call, she wants to cut my D*** off.
