And my reports to them about fraud are met with crickets. 
Same here, my friend. I have yet to receive a single response from RC scumbags. I even had Peerless Network/InfoBip, Telnyx and Onvoy/Sinch respond on some rare occasions. I have never had RC respond.

That’s shocking. Myself and several others have been reporting ring Central numbers daily and received nothing in response.

I reported this number FOUR days ago too.
What a joke. I and others here report fraud to Ring Central and they usually reply with crickets.
RingCentral seems to be perceived as a safe haven by scammers and, in my opinion, they may have a point.
At least they replied instead of sticking there heads in the sand
