All right I spent 8 minutes with a scammer, he asked me to enter my username and password in that box!
I called that number and waste 30 min.
They tried to sell me network security for $449.99
I called this scammer, really funny video clips. He is trying to put syskey on my VM currently 
UPDATE: I let him add syskey after 40 mins of me disabling his acsess to write, him disconnecting and reconnecting (I know I can change TeamViewer password). The files should be attached in the next message. I was not able to get the voice but got the VMs onboard video capture :)
Looks like their number is now down for now :D
