It could be a scammer spoofing a real number but I could be wrong. An American lady Ashley answered. She might have a good program voice changer or has very good English.
It’s more than likely spoofed to the real Apple number.
So it is really the Apple support number, but it is being spoofed by the scam caller. This has been going on for a while and Apple actually tried to stop it but failed back in May.

Seems like real Apple Support Number, has native speaking representative and sent SMS with real urls
@CJones#98667 You are correct, and thank you pointing it out. Either they’ve continued to use Apple’s real phone number as their outbound caller ID (and I just haven’t come across it), or an abundance of them started doing it yet again. Just in the last 2 days, I’ve come across two people (including this discussion) posting Apple’s real phone number by accident after they received a call which used it as the outbound caller ID. I’ve also come across a post where the scammer that called the person used the Google Play Store customer service phone number as their caller ID.
