The BBB doesn't confirm that the company is licensed and reports that it has complaints. You can read the complaints.
The company has been around awhile and goes by other names that are listed.
This shows that the BBB rating isn't always reliable...why would you give an A+rating to a company with many complaints that you don't accredit? The reason is because the company didn't pay to be a member which requires them to resolve all complaints, but instead somehow bought a rating. Not being accredited means the company isn't willing to take complaints and resolve them on the BBB site.
