Does anyone know any good websites/apps to call scammers from the uk?
Im relatively new to baiting, as in I want to do it properly, what do you mean by acquiring my own trunk?
Let me correct you as I use both:
Textnow has a STRICT NO-VPN Policy. They will suspend your account first time round, once they detect your fake IP. You will then need to contact support and explain you were using a VPN IP when you were suddenly blocked from using the service. From here you can either lie, as they will tell you about their policy surrounding this, and claim you were unaware of this and/or you can also just straight up apologize and say you won’t do that again. At this point, they should un-ban you and they will most-likely tell you, how if you do it again, you’ll lose your current account permanently if you are caught out again.
Talkatone, on the other hand, also does not allow VPN usage - However, it’s not strict or anything and doesn’t have any direct rules. The app will not work, it will not recognize you are connected to the internet/server therefore it will not allow you to make/answer any calls or send/reply to any texts. As soon as you are reconnected like normal to the WiFi/Mobile Data, you’ll find the app will simply log you out of your account every time and you’ll have to spend extra time logging back in. Of course, as the majority know, Talkatone is extremely buggy at random times when it comes to making an account/logging (back) into an already existing account with the provider. So, occasionally you might have to also go through resetting your app like brand new.
I’ve been using Textnow about 3 years now. It works and i’m not in the US.
