Hello everyone,
I received a call yesterday that came exactly the way the student loan scams come in, the phone rang one time and went directly to voicemail. I thought that it was a student loan scam. Once I listened to the message from what sounded like Samantha Carr (although in google this name came up Clark) informing me that I was a candidate for franchise ownership and that Samantha worked for the franchise consulting group. The message also said just call back on the number that the caller id displayed. Most of the time with robo calls the actual number to call back is said within the message not the caller Id displayed number.
I wanted to immediately call it a scam, but they do actually have a website http://franchiseconsulting.com/
as well as, a linked in account

Without going into too much detail about myself, there is nothing in my work history or education that would indicate I was “fit” for this. Every fiber of my being wants to declare this a scam, but I thought it would be best to ask first.
Got any knowledge concerning this?
