This is really interesting. I called him from three different numbers, using a voice changer. He told me they aren’t Microsoft and “don’t send these pop-ups” and I need to call my local technician. 
However, this guy’s voice seems very familiar to me (not that this means anything)
He claims to be a legit business and he didn’t try to scam me.
I knew something was going to be interesting because I never had a second popup happen like in the first image let alone see a popup like the second image
