Takes quite a while to reach an actual person, but you’ll get there. I stay silent, and the first call I made had the techneeshin say his “thank you for calling” speech, throw me on hold for 10 seconds, say “hellor?”, then throw me back on hold and hang up. Truly funny, I’m sure if someone’s mic actually worked, they would get a good rise out of these people.
