They answer with a second ring tone and then someone from the IRS answers.

Instantly got connected, and they went right into saying they were the IRS and asking what my name was.
I wasted another an hour and 15 minutes and got them excited about the $500 Google play card lol. I did get disconnected a few times and begged them not to initiate my arrest warrant, my phone “was just broken” lol, they got so mad I wasted officer Bryan’s time

Oh my God!!! I just talked to them as a woman for 1 hour again, this time I got a bank account and address in new Jersey to wire transfer the money to!!! Calling the police now!!! Yaaaay!!!
@scammersnightmare#29344 Great job! I did it with a Grant Scammer. Got the poor widow’s name and address who he was laundering his money thru and called the police twice in her town and they sent officers out to get her unentangled. It is a good feeling to help even one person out.

Called new Jersey Police and they said they won’t be able to do anything over the phone. I have to go to my local police department and file a report there then fax them the info. Disappointing, but will be going to the police today
The name is also indian, does not mean he is also on it, but might be.
Just called - these guys are still active, but this time he knew the actual address to the IRS. However, when I called him out on pronouncing Washington, DC, he hung up
