Found a tech support scam

Hello, a friend of mine found 2 tech support scammers.

hxxps://storage.googleapis.com/microsoft-security-alert-on-your-windows-xeon-sys-9xx-ji-c9/netherland.html

Both of the site include phone numbers

(Netherlands depends on your own country so it maybe different for you)

I just tried and both links are dead.
