From what I found thanks to Draco’s previous comment,
These people go by the name “Omega Travels” which as it seems, is a pretty common name for small Indian travel agencies, ignoring whether they are legit or not. With one such agency I found being over 23 years old. Their website is busbookings.online, and does not provide much in terms of finding out more about them. Even their listed address is screwed up.

called them as a old woman, john williams is wasting his time on a 66 year old woman and a 74 year old man booking a flight to hawaii 
I’ve been messing with this call center for hours now. They are so funny
