Additional information about this scam: Customer service doesn’t exit. We try to cancel our flight but can’t reach them anywhere. They give you credit then require to call and that number even doesn’t exist.
This is FlightAura, claims to be based in Jacksonville, FL.
You can see that their web pages are “seo optimized” to appear in search engine results for name brand airlines with their toll-free number in the HTML title.

Contact email is the one stop solution for all your inquires about the errors occurring at the time of using an email service.” LOL! 855-359-2550, claims an invalid address in Jersey City, NJ (no street number)
- www.customerservice-directory.com – another fraudulent SEO spam site. Who knew that Turbotax, Norton, Amazon, Quickbooks, HP and Adobe all had the same toll-free support number? How convenient! 855-362-0770.
- www.easy-directory.com – another SEO spam dump. Contact via Zendesk web chat. Enjoy the mindless SEO-blathering that clutters their information-free web pages: “No need to mention! In the Modern World of technological advancement, almost everyone is somehow relying upon the different services of Browser, Router, Antivirus and Printers.”
- emailnotresponding.com – another hamfistedly SEO “optmized” bait for victims to contact “support” via Zendesk chat widget. The address of this business is a Dunkin Donuts drive-thru in New Jersey.
- www.fixqberrors.com – Fake Quickbooks support, no phone number or address advertised, contact via Zendesk web chat.
- www.getcontacthelp.com – generic “tech support.” 855-357-4404, address is an abandoned-looking warehouse in LA. (It’s odd that these goofballs go to the trouble of hyperlinking their obviously fake street addresses on their websites to Google Maps.)
- www.gotaxation.com – “outsourced bookkeeping” to these frauds? No thanks!! 844-508-2335.
- ij-start-canonn.com – typosquatting Canon printer support impostors. 844-257-6002.
- ijstartcanonnn.com – See above. 855-361-0501. SEO blather wisdom: “Canon printer is used for printing various essential documents, pics, photos, etc. … If you face any problem in the Canon setup downloading, you must dial the Canon helpline number to fix it.” Printer used for printing, is it now?
- www.qbcommunitypro.com – Quickbooks “support.” 833-460-2030. “Business” is supposedly located in a residence in Victorville, CA (note: whoever lives there probably has nothing to do with this, please leave them alone!!!)
- www.quickbooksupportnet.com – “Talk to a live person at Quickbooks” not exactly… 855-603-0490. “Address” is a random residence in Los Angeles. (again, DO NOT CONTACT!!!)
- rapidresolved.com – another accounting/Quickbooks scheme. 855-701-2729. “Address” is a very fashionable block of Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. I don’t think so.
- www.sbcglobal-help.com – fake email support. 877-200-2212. Address is a rent-an-office space in Florida.
- sbcglobalhelpline.com – same idea, different number! 844-248-6018. “Address” seems to have been a lot in the early phases of construction last year…
- And finally, toursntravelpro.com – another generic flight reservations site. Example SEO spam/impersonation page. 844-402-8105. Address is a rent-a-desk space in Houston.
