Quite funny, they are using avatars. They are using pre-recorded sound snippets same as a soundboard to answer calls. There’s always a person sitting behind that one and pressing the buttons of what the bot should say. Quite funny how fast they disconnect when you ask something that they don’t have a button for like “What’s 2+2?”

They were up for me. I just called them and they asked for my credit card info. I gave them a fake number and then chewed them out. The lady on the phone line didn’t even know what to do!!!
They often go down and back up again…relentless idiots they are, honestly. They need a real life…or should I say a real job!
