Additional information about this scam: Salty scam center that’s offering “free welfare service” while asking people for their name and zip code. They claim to be located in Florida, but all have Indian accents.

They are still answering my calls. One of them confirmed that they had my (anonymous) number early on so they are not blocking anything.
