Extra Info: “Miss Benjamin” claims to be operating in Ontario, all the “proof” she can give. This is a legit 100% owned Canadian Company according to all Google Searches , address - google maps etc and yes it’s in Richmond Hills (ONTARIO) … HOWEVER, they kept spam calling my friends grandma without actually talking. She asked me to investigate this number on her behalf. Lady wouldn’t redirect me anywhere to prove that the 833 is a legit number and she’s an actual rep. The only known FDR official number starts with area code (905). Fyi, my friend and her grandma live next door in the US - Makes no sense for such an “overseas” company to make such a call. Her grandma owes no type of debt. Done my research on the number, deffo scam according to all reports I’ve seen.
I called it and she said i was someone called “heather”, i didnt catch the last name
Seems like they are currently scamming someone called heather as they asked me my DOB and address

Seems like a legit collection agency in Canada from what I was able to find.
It is a legit company, only thing is this number is 110% not legit, impostors based on what I could find and the way I spoke to the people.
