Do you know that based on the accent of the people talking?

This call center has called me over a thousand times and I am desperate for a way to stop them. Sometimes they call me 20 times in a day. If I tell them to stop calling me they just hang up. If I stay on the line they hang up after about a minute and then call again. Their caller ID is spoofed so it doesn’t help me. And the phone companies don’t care.

Only hope is the ITG does a traceback but I can’t get them interested. Or a Doe lawsuit and subpoena but that is a years-long slog.
