At 11:38 pm Central, I have called (620) 206–8948 three times from my Unknown Number VOIP. Currently I am doing a Software Update on my cell 'phone and therefore I cannot use my TextNow number.
The first two times I called I was on hold only very briefly and someone answered without saying anything before immediately hanging up. Whoever answered might have seen the “Unknown Number” and just hung up.
The third and last time I called from my Unknown Number VOIP, someone answered after a brief hold and he said “Something Loan Company” and I said sincerely, “I’m sorry Sir, could you repeat that? I did not understand you fully.” He immediately hung up without saying anything. So I did not hear the first word that is the name of the “Loan Company” when he answered with “SomeKindOfWord Loan Company.”
Using Google, I searched this phone number and it is listed in the RoboKiller website but there is no recording and it does not say anything about what kind of scam it is.
They pick up and hang up, so far anyway
I called again and a guy answered with what I think was “America’s Loan Company” and I asked, “Excuse me Sir, is this ‘America’s Loan Company’?” Immediately he hung up without saying anything further.
If indeed I understood correctly that he said “America’s Loan Company” I have found the following on the internet when using Google to search “America’s Loan Company”:

Maybe they are pretending fraudulently to be America’s Loan Company since it seems like the most recent guy answered by saying it is America’s Loan Company.
I have called several times from several different numbers. Every time they just pick up, and hang up within a couple seconds. Which is fine, at least they’re not scamming someone else
I just got off the phone with the real America’s Loan company. They’re only licensed in, and give loans too, Ohio residents. I spoke with a very pleasant woman who told me they have been getting lots of calls about scammers from India pretending to be them.
Okay @MajorLeeAwesome, thanks very much to you for callin’ the REAL America’s Loan Company who has been getting calls already about scammers pretending to be them! So these criminals are fraudulently PRETENDING to be the real America’s Loan Company that only gives loans in the state of Ohio! I am not surprised. These scammers are so skittish. Like you wrote, at least they are not scamming people when they keep hanging up without saying anything!

(219) 250–6855 … Just now I called and “Amanda” at “First Financial Bank” answered. I said “Hello you scammer who brings shame and dishonor to your family and ancestors with your criminal behavior.” I WANTED TO BE CUSSED OUT! But no, this “Amanda” just hung up.

I finally got a woman to answer with a very annoyed “Hello” and I started cussing her AND SHE CUSSED ME BACK! 
Finally I got cussed out! After a minute of cussing me she hung up.
Just now a woman answered singing some song. She did not say her name or First Financial Bank. She stayed on the phone for about 1 minute singing some song, but not singing very loudly.
They are getting slammed!
Me and two of my friends are calling. That one female has quite a potty mouth. She is telling my friend that she wants to shave her P#$$* and she keeps telling me she wants to F me. I told her I’m sorry, I have standards, I don’t f criminals rundis. Lol
I’m conferencing them with another call center (504).302-3505 and they’re both getting angry
Tell her you’ll do it with her for $25 via PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, Cash App, or bank transfer.
AND tell her that along with the $25 she must pay you, she must ALSO provide the CONDOM!!!
The (504).302-3505 number seems already to not be answering. Maybe they have been getting slammed too!
