To be honest I don’t think anyone should trust any online site. Even the land based one always seem to come out ahead. If you want to blow some money I’d spend it on something else that you enjoy. Plus we can see how “recommended” sites work. They get paid kickbacks many times actually probably a majority of the time to say a site is valid or include a link to make a referral fee.
