Baited Veronica for a bit but she wanted my account number with Great Lakes as well as the exact loan balance. Told her I would call my servicer, but couldn’t reach them today due to it being Veterans Day. Shout out to all the military folks! This is her direct line that she gave. She said she is available 7-3 pacific time.
