Extra Info: Got a cold call on my real number at 12:08 central time on 8/6. Called back on my text now and got the good old virtual assistant. Press 1,1,2,1 to get past that. Then an American female answered. She is a green pea messed up on her script. Simply identified as “student services”. Spent 22 minutes on the phone with her. Didn’t even ask about my loan provider, if I worked for the government, or if the loans created financial hardship.
As always remember to protect your hard earned nonexistent federal student loans at all times!
