Got two cold calls back to back on 1/21 6:54 pm central. Each rang once and then stopped. Message at first says thank you for calling the student loan department and places you on hold, then the message says thank you for calling the client services department and you can leave a nice message.
Remember to protect your hard earned nonexistent federal student loans at all times!
