So I missed a call from my text now number, called back and a Latino answered the phone as the Student Relief Aid Center. No virtual assistant this time (may that thing rot in hell). He explained that my non-existent federal student loans are supposed to be in forbearance due to the pandemic. He stated that March till October of this year I wasn’t supposed to even be making payments, but many of the lenders were still charging. This is causing them to be sued. He also stated that since I had a family size of 5, I was being overcharged.
He stated that he wanted to enroll me in a “Revised Pay As Earn Forgiveness Program”. Which has monthly payments of 39.99 and that doesn’t add to my current loan payments. He explained I didn’t have to make those payments anymore. After 240 months of paying the 39.99 a month the remaining balance of the loan is forgiven. But to start out I needed to make 6 payments of 124.75 a month. If I could pay today though the payments would drop to 5, saving me 124.75. So after paying 748.50 plus the 9,360.00 my total owed would only be 10,108.50 instead of the 30,000 in federal student loans that I owed currently.
He said the name of the organization, would not say business, was Student Relief Aid. The website he gave me was www.StudentReliefAid.org. The Who is Info is here:

He verbally stated that they worked with the department of education and that my loans stay with my current lender. He didn’t even ask who that was. Then he said the lender could change, but I would be enrolled in a forgiveness program. He stated they were out of Miami Florida, and it could have been the more Cuba dialect. Didn’t sound Mexican, but I’ll admit I’m not an expert on that front. Remember to protect your hard earned non-existent student loans at all times!
