A bit late getting this posted. So got call on google voice the voice mail they used seemed to have been cut off what I got out of it was just this:
It's just so well if you want to proceed with the application or just have us cancel it. It's no problem. Just please let us know before 6 p.m. Today by calling 855-230-3777. Thanks and have a great day.
Same virtual assistant as always. Once you get past him you will find a sorry excuse for a human being. Remember to protect your student loans at all times!
@Scamtheman86#150487 So upon further investigation I got passed the virtual assistant asking if I wanted to be placed on the do not call list. Whenever it asks that say “no I need to speak to a representative” that will get a real live criminal on the line. The gatekeeper was of Hispanic origin and he screwed up and said he was with the department of education. After that “Sarah” picked up. She is with US Financial Solutions. Once again there website and The Who is below:
https://www.whois.com/whois/usfinancialsolutions.com
Sarah said she wasn’t with the department of education. When she asked what max Holloway’s, the alias I used, income was I said about 40k. Then I asked her what she made. She said 20k. I said wow that’s below the poverty line. Do you at least get benefits, she didn’t know what that was. She also gave me her direct line, which is 949 516 7817. Soon her coach “Natasha” picked and chewed me out. She said she needed four payments of 198.00 and also claimed she wasn’t with the department of education. Once I said I needed to know more about the program she placed me on eternal hold. A tactic I have noticed the student loan scammers doing.
I also noticed the the Whois info has changed. It used to have the location as Scottsdale Arizona, now it says they are in (wait for it) California. I know I have asked this before but why can’t we just scambait US Financial Solutions directly?
So here is a nifty trick I just discovered. This virtual assistant (which needs to be destroyed and scattered to the edges of the universe) can be bypassed after a certain point. I have taken the liberty/self mutilation of transcribing this damned thing below:
"Hello you've reached the central processing center for student loan forgiveness applications. I'm a virtual assistant that can help direct your call. How can I help you? You can say things like returning a phone call, responding to a text message, or simply opt me out of future notification calls."
[Scambaiter says yes]
"No problem I can help you with that. Before I transfer you to your loan councilor let me confirm some information. Do you still owe more than 10,000 dollars in federal student loans?"
[Scambaiter says yes]
"Got it, and are you still attending the same school where you got the student loans"
[Scambaiter says no]
"Okay now if you were to calculate your total household income would you say its more than 1,500 dollars per month?"
[Scambaiter says yes]
Then normally a gatekeeper picks up.
Well as I said you can bypass the virtual assistant after the first question. Simply say returning a phone call or whatever you want, turns out you can say responding to a "text call" and it works too, after that you need to say what the virtual assistant says exactly when it says it. Once it begins to with the "No problem I can help you with that...", say the script at the same time. If done correctly it will simply patch you through. I have tested this multiple times and it works after the first question. Doesn't get past the first, but it will help to flood them. This is something I found out by accident. I got bored hearing it talk so I started to say the scrip with the virtual assistant, and it seems to bypass it. Joy oh joy!
